Protect lawful Second Amendment rights.

A clear voice for responsible citizens who want to preserve their constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

The goal

Support policies that protect lawful firearm ownership and respect constitutional rights, with clear rules and due process.

Why this matters

People deserve a practical way to participate in the policy decisions that affect their rights. A shared advocacy effort could bring individual concerns into conversations with lawmakers.

Federal and state proposals can raise different questions about lawful ownership, licensing, and due process. Each future campaign would need a specific objective and a clearly identified jurisdiction.

How advocacy could move it forward

Before a campaign opens, its specific objective, scope, and proposed use of funds would need to be defined. A future effort could include:

Define a focused objective

Identify a specific proposal or policy issue, explain what change supporters would seek, and establish the limits of the advocacy effort.

Bring informed arguments forward

A future lobbying partner could brief lawmakers on constitutional considerations and the practical effects of proposed rules on lawful owners.

Report the work

Campaign updates could describe advocacy activities and relevant legislative developments, including setbacks.

Fund the effort. Understand the limits.

Contributions would support advocacy, not purchase a legislative outcome. They would not guarantee that a law passes, changes, or is repealed—or that any other result is achieved.

CitizenBacked is a for-profit business and plans to retain a percentage of contributions before funds reach lobbying groups. The fee, funding thresholds, partner arrangements, and refund terms have not been finalized. Contributions are not currently available.
